Fresh Food Manager – Cork

The desired candidate should possess fresh food management experience and have a high standard customer service skill. They should have a focus on reaching targets, training staff, and maintaining fresh food quality.

Salary: €40k DOE

Responsibilities in this role:

• Giving staff daily tasks to complete
• Monitoring food quality and waste control
• Training and developing staff
• Preparing food and ensuring excellent customer service
• Achieving monthly KPIs

Requirements for this role:

• Must have fresh food management experience in retail
• A track record of achieving and exceeding targets
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• A passion for fresh food and delivery of food service
