Fresh Food Manager

Excel Recruitment is delighted to announce we are currently recruiting a Fresh Food Manager for our client in Mayo.

Salary: €35k – €40k

This is ideal for someone who is passionate about fresh food and has great management skills.

Duties for this Food Service Manager:

• Ensure that all employees comply with health and food safety standards
• Ordering of stock, while managing and updating inventory
• Overseeing food preparation and other operations
• Creating budgets for their operations, setting standards for service, and handling their budget’s finances
• Inspecting supplies, equipment, and work areas
• Training and development of new and current employees

Who you are as a Food Service Manager:

• Experience working in a fresh food environment
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Ensure all standards and targets are met
