Due to their amazing success and recent development in acquiring a new store and facility, they are set to open a brand-new retail/restaurant business in a prime location of Dublin 13.
The successful food Service Manager/ Front of house Manager will manage the existing retail store along with managing the new restaurant area of the business.
Our client is a well-known food service provider in the fresh food industry for over 50 years and has a huge network of clients across Ireland.
This is a new venture that is both exciting and challenging and also offers excellent rewards and opportunities to progress your career further as this company has further expansion plans in the future.
Our client currently employs over 100 staff across their business and has an excellent presence in the food industry. Our client is set to open this new part of the business this coming April. The successful candidate should be available to take up employment by late March. This job offers a competitive salary, bonus, and training.
Responsibilities for this Food Service Manager job:
To provide support, direction, and development to your colleagues
Leading by example for other staff by demonstrating excellence in the delivery of company standards and a commitment to the company’s core values.
Ensuring the restaurant and retail unit are fully compliant with food safety regulations,
Ensuring a smooth service, where customers are looked after in a professional and efficient manner,
Effective cue coordination and efficient management of the seating arrangement, organising customers smoothly.
Roster planning, forecasting growth in sales to ensure the best possible customer experience
The Front of house Manager will be responsible for setting measurable goals for the team to achieve and drive sales, GP, and standards
Most of all, the implementation of best practice leading by example and setting high standards across all areas of the business
Requirements of the Food Service Manager Job:
A hands-on positive attitude must be competent and confident supporting the team serving fresh fish
Ability to demonstrate team building and lead your team by example
Set high standards of performance for self and others
Effective feedback/communication skills
Proactive in identifying and working towards the desired culture
