General Manager Gastro Pub Kerry
A General Manager is required for a busy Gastro Pub on the dingle peninsula. The candidate will be reporting directly to the Group operations Manager and will be responsible for the management of all food and beverage functions within the site. This General Manager will also be responsible for strategic development of the brand to ensure the long term success of the Gastro Pub.
Responsibilities of this General Manager Gastro Pub Kerry:
- Deliver world-class customer service standards on an ongoing basis
- Manage and coach the team members effectively to perform to expectations.
- Ensure the highest standards in company policies, health and safety, food safety and hygiene are adhered to at all times.
- Support the Brand with a focus on delivery of the perfect experience for clients
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with the key stakeholders in the business
- Provide a world-class level of service to all our customer
- Assist in creating an environment that will exceed our customer’s expectations
- Direct and lead daily and weekly operational meetings
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure there is effective channels of communication.
Requirements of this General Manager Gastro Pub Kerry:
- Demonstrate excellent people management skills with experience of managing large teams of staff
- Have a passion for food and service and the ability to innovate in this area
- Have a high degree of knowledge in Food Hygiene
- Show the ability to manage in a diverse and pressurised environment with a focus on customer service
- Have strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility
- Be commercially focused
- Be a self-motivator and is ready to challenge in the interest of continuous improvement
- Have problem solving skills and be confident and assertive
