We here at Excel Recruitment have an excellent opportunity to join our client in Cork as a Grocery Manager.

Our client is a busy and successful grocery retail store in Cork who are looking for a dynamic and experienced Grocery Manager to lead their team and grow their business. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a reputable grocery retail brand that is very well-established in the local community.

Salary package: €35k – €40k

Key responsibilities for this Grocery Manager job:

• Continuously maintaining excellent store standards
• Surpassing KPIs and targets set by head office
• Maximising store profit while controlling costs
• Managing cash at checkouts and in the back office
• Innovating and implementing new ideas to improve the running of the store
• Overseeing the overall daily management of the store
• Setting exceptional customer service standards for all staff

Who you are as a Grocery Manager:

• A passionate individual with previous grocery retail management experience
• Knowledge of the grocery retail sector
• A competitive retailer with a keen business sense and the drive to increase sales and profit
• Ability to train, develop and motivate colleagues
