Head Chef- Arklow- €50K Package

We at Excel Recruitment are currently seeking a Talented Head Chef at an established Gastro-bar located in Arklow. A €50K Package at a 40 hour week.

What are the responsibilities of this Position?

• Oversee the running of service and the overall kitchen operation ensuring dishes are executed to a meticulous level of standard.
• Work well with others as a leader of a team in a busy environment that encourages a team mentality.
• Working knowledge of HACCP & Food Safety regulations.
• Being Conscientious in regards to minimising waste.
• Menu writing and costing consistent with seasonality.

What are the requirements of the Head Chef Position?

• Previous experience as a Head Chef in a similar environment.
• Good organisational skills and ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment
• Full knowledge of HACCP (although we can provide full training)
• Good standard and comprehension of English
• Full working rights in Ireland
