Head of Business Development
A senior opportunity has become available with one of Ireland’s leading and most innovative retail franchise businesses. Our client is seeking a Head of Business Development to champion their business and expand its retail franchise.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior, progressive Business Development Manager to be a true leader in our client’s business and a key part of their success and expansion. Highly competitive remuneration and outstanding package on offer for the right individual.
As Head of Business Development, you will drive visibility of and grow our client’s brand by identifying key locations and offer their unique franchise concept to potential franchise partners. You will identify key opportunities and forge strong relationships with potential franchise partners by engaging with and presenting the concept and benefits of our client’s franchise partnership. You will get to know their business and their goals in order to recommend business models, analysing and offering best practices in regard to our client’s concept from start to finish. You will manage the onboarding processes and be hand-on with the roll-out the concept in order to drive business for the franchisee, exceeding their expectations.
As Head of Business Development, you will:
- Driving store sales growth
- Develop strong capture plans and winning strategies for targeted stores.
- Develop strong relationships with potential
- Track new business develop opportunities, utilizing your market knowledge and market intelligence to identify potential leads
- Establishing a framework for pipeline management (expectations, processes, reporting/KPI’s, etc.)
The ideal applicant for this Head of Business Development will be a progressive, senior business development manager with a proven record identifying and successfully onboarding franchise opportunities. You will be adept at making connections and building relationships with a wide variety of people by listening and responding to their business needs and goals.
Requirements for this Head of Business Development
- A minimum of 5 + years sales business development experience working within a franchise retail model
- Proven successful track record of demonstrated sales success, chasing and closing leads.
- Fantastic commercial acumen and to the minute market knowledge
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to travel throughout Ireland
