Healthcare Assistant – South Dublin

Excel Healthcare are currently recruiting a full or part time healthcare assistant for a rehabilitation hospital in South Dublin.

Our client is located just beside the Dart and is easily accessible via public transport.

Rota information:

• Temporary work, on-going
• Full or part time
• Long days 8am-8pm or short days 8am-5pm
• Night shifts and weekends

Salary & Benefits:

• 13.80-15.20 day rate, depending on experience
• 17 euro + for night rate
• 30 euro + for Sunday work
• Flexible days
• Can start work within 1 week of applying

Experience and qualifications:

• QQI level 5 (registration/ complete) or equivalent ( Nurse outside of Ireland, HCA cert)
• HCA experience in a nursing home, hospice, home care or hospital ( 3 months )
• Valid Patient Manual handling cert, or proof of booking date
• Safeguarding of vulnerable adults cert
• Infection control cert
• Eligible to work in Ireland. EU Passport or valid GNIB

We offer training on patient manual handling and various other courses listed above which we can provide to speed up the process.
