My client is looking for a Sales & Marketing Director to join their newly refurbished 4-star Hotel in West Dublin.

Reporting to the General Manager, I am looking for a candidate who can successfully manage and motivate a team of four in order to drive sales across all areas of the hotel.

As well as excellent leadership skills the Sales & Marketing Director will be Digital and Social Media Savvy with the ability to update content on the website.

The Sales & Marketing Director will have full autonomy for implementing a robust sales and marketing strategy, creating a structured sales process, motivating their team in creating leads, converting them to sales and hitting their targets.

I am looking for someone with tons of energy and passion who will embrace this role with guns blazing!!!

Key Responsibilities for the job of Hotel Sales & Marketing Director:

• Create and implement a sales and marketing strategy to ensure maximum revenue and profitability
• Develop new business through social media, email marketing, sales calls and advertising
• Collaborate with the graphic designer to create engaging and eye-catching marketing material for online and print
• Liaise with the web designer to improve the look, feel and functionality of the website whilst keeping within brand guidelines
• Manage a sales and marketing team to ensure KPI’s are met and leads are converted into sales
• Promote the hotels products and services through exhibitions, events and trade shows
• Monitor the competition and take advantage of any opportunities or gaps in the market
• Prepare sales reports and present to the General Manager
• Arrange face to face appointments to generate new business

Requirements for the job of Hotel Sales & Marketing Director:

• A track record of managing a sales team
• Digital marketing and social media savvy
• Can update the website
• A Degree in marketing would be an advantage

Package

• Salary €55K to €65K negotiable depending on experience
• Bonus
