HR Business Partner
Our client, one of Ireland’s biggest and best-known retailers, currently have a fantastic opportunity available for a dynamic, forward-thinking HR Business Partner to lead the Human Resource strategy across their retail head office.
The successful HR Business Partner will be an integral member and the driving force of the Head Office Human Resources team and will work to proactively develop strong, trusted relationships and actively collaborate with managers and team members. As Human Resource Business Partner, you will be responsible for defining, implementing and executing strategies and organisational change across all aspects of the human resources function with emphasis in the areas of talent acquisition, training and development, diversity, inclusion and engagement, associate and labour relations, and compliance.
The successful HR Business Partner will be a skilled Human Resource executive and a natural communicator and relationship builder with the ability to engage, inspire and influence, along with a successful track record of devising strategy and implementing change. You will be passionate about people and knowledgeable about market trends and moves. As HR Business Partner, you will:
Build relationships and maintain open effective communication and collaboration across departments and teams
Identify, design and implement effective strategies to ensure the advancement of the business and benefit its people, with focus on talent acquisition, training and development, diversity, inclusion and engagement.
Ensure best practice and HR policies on engagement, culture and are central across all teams and functions.
Lead and drive policies and initiatives and report on outcomes to Human Resource Director
The successful applicant for this HR Business Partner job will have:
- Min. 6 years’ experience Human Resource experience at management level
- 3rd level degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources is desired
- Experience in a fast-paced customer facing environment
- Passionate about people
- A natural communicator and relationship builder with the ability to engage, inspire and influence.
- Energetic with a drive and determination to deliver success
