Kitchen Porter Duties

• Running and managing the dish-wash area
• Maintaining a clean environment ensuring surfaces and floors are clean and sanitised
• Emptying bins
• Basic food prep including helping the chef when needed
• Keeping food storage areas clean and organised
• Assisting with deliveries
• Preparing the kitchen at the end of shift for the following day

Kitchen Porter Requirements

• Excellent communication
• Ability to work independently and part of a team
• Work well under pressure
• HACCP and Manual Handling
