I have a really fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Manager to be part of a well-known Irish cosmetics brand based out of their Ashbourne Head Office (1 day work from home).

Responsible for a team of two, the Marketing Manager – Beauty will have marketing experience within a skincare or cosmetics company and with a genuine love of all things beauty.

Their beautiful range of products are sold across physical stores, online retailers, and distributors both here in Ireland and internationally.

They are constantly bringing new and exciting products to market so this is a very fast paced environment, extremely creative and you will be part of a very collaborative team.

Salary & Package: Salary discussed on application but must reflect experience, Health Insurance, Pension, 23 days holidays, 1 day working from home.

Responsibilities for the job of Marketing Manager – Cosmetics

  • Oversee the creation and production of marketing materials, including print and digital advertisements, social media content, website updates, and email campaigns whilst managing the department budget per quarter.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies in alignment with overall brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with product development, sales, and creative, to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective product launches.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to drive performance and professional growth.
  • Manage the brand’s social media presence, monitoring engagement, analysing data, and optimising strategies to increase followers, drive traffic, and generate sales leads.
  • Ensuring the social media executives is maintaining strong relationships with key industry influencers, bloggers, and media outlets to secure brand collaborations and coverage.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Stay up to date with new marketing trends and technologies, continuously identifying opportunities to enhance the brand’s marketing efforts.
  • Ensure brand compliance across all marketing channels and materials, maintaining consistent messaging and visual identity.
