We have an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious hotel professional to move into a Meetings and Events role with a large luxury hotel. The role will involve working closely with both the sales and reservations teams and managing the booking process across the properties extensive meeting rooms. You will be liaising with corporate clients and tour operators to ensure that their needs and requirements are exceeded. This position presents could present an excellent opportunity for someone with hotel operations experience with natural sales ability who is looking to move into a meeting and events role with a Monday to Friday schedule

Requirements of this Meeting and Events Coordinator Job Dublin:

  • Experience in a front office, meeting and events or banqueting position
  • Ability to build relationships with guests and clients
  • Attention to detail with good organisational skills
  • An outgoing and engaging personality with a natural flair for sales
  • A working knowledge of Opera or a similar hotel PMS system
