Excel Recruitment has amazing opportunities for Chefs of all grades to join our temporary team. There are full-time ongoing work positions. We are looking for diligent, aspiring workers who are eager for Monday to Friday day shifts.

Monday to Friday Chef Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all food products to the order in accordance with the request within a specified period
  • Prepare portions of meat, fish, and poultry
  • Prepare desserts and cakes when required
  • Label all food products for food safety and shelf-life standards as well as follow HACCP procedures
  • Abide by food safety and temperature standards
  • Keep the kitchen area neat, clean, and sanitary
  • Inventory management of food products in your division in accordance with the specifications

Monday to Friday Chef Requirements:

  • Experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired
  • Ability to operate in a busy kitchen
  • Initiative-taking, dynamic, eager individual with creative flair
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • HACCP & Manual Handling Required (Training can be provided)
  • Strong oral and written English
