Night Manager

Excel Recruitment are seeking a Night Manager for a residential building in South County Dublin. This person will be responsible for managing the complex on a nightly basis and providing concierge services for the residential clients. This position would suit a hospitality professional from a 4 or 5 star background that would like to move away from hotels to managed residential property.

Main Responsibilities

• Concierge services for residential throughout the night if required
• Assisting with any queries or issues that residents may have
• Ensure all security, health and safety regulations are adhered to
• General administration and reception duties
• Ensure reception and communal areas are kept clean and presentable
• Update management on any building repairs or maintenance needed

Main Requirements

• Previous experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel is preferable
• Fluent English with strong communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Customer service focused with a can do attitude
