PA & Administrator

My client a well known not for profit organisation are looking for an experienced PA & Administrator to support the CEO in their office in Blackrock, South Dublin.

I am looking for someone with strong administration skills who is extremely organised, personable and efficient.

You will be self motivated and happy to work alone at times.

Key Responsibilities for the job of PA & Administrator

  • General administration – typing, invoicing, excel, postage, data entry
  • Co-ordinating the volunteers for their stores and accommodation
  • Answering queries on phone, email or social media.
  • Assisting with the planning of events and fundraising
  • Running store sales reports
  • Setting up meetings
  • Managing the CEO diary

Skills & Experience for the job of PA & Administrator

  • ECDL qualified an advantage
  • Experienced with Excel Spreadsheets
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills
  • Well presented with a bubbly personality
  • Can work alone and on own initiative

Package

  • Up to €27,000 depending on experience
