Due to their success and growth, they are seeking an ambitious and dedicated Pharmacy Manager to drive standards and be an integral part of their success. As Pharmacy Manager, you will be a key decision maker across all area of the business. You will drive sales, margin and return on space to agreed targets and work to improves the overall commercial performance of both the retail and dispensary areas of the business. You will be given the autonomy and supports to make and implement commercial decisions based on your knowledge and interaction with your customer base and develop your team to their fullest potential.
As Pharmacy Manager, you will
Deliver exceptional retail standards across your territory.
Develop and motivate all pharmacy employees to deliver company goals
Identify gaps and Ensure all new processes and procedures are implemented
Build strong relationships with your team and customers to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the pharmacy.
Monitor and control operational costs.
Ensure weekly KPIs template is completed on time and accurately
Develop robust and detail action plans for all store KPIs.
Analyse commercial drivers and exploring methods to capitalise on them
Applies improvements across all pharmacies in line with company policy.
Ensure compliance to preferred supplier lists to maximise margin.
The successful applicant for this Pharmacy Manager job will have:
- Minimum 3 years pharmacy retail or wider retail management experience
·Exceptional people management and influencing skills
·A proven successful track record of sales growth and business development
·Capable of driving business profitability by implementing good business controls.
·Excellent communication, planning, organisation and analytical skills
·Organised, flexible, motivated and a hard-working leader
