We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Purchasing and Stores Manager to join a leading Dublin City Centre hotel. The role would involve management of the hotel’s ordering, storage and requisition systems to ensure quality and accuracy and that stock is readily available to all departments. The hotel is part of a growing Irish group and has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. This role comes with a very competitive salary for the right candidate and would suit someone coming from a similar management position within a hotel or retail environment
