Purchasing Clerk Job North Dublin

We are currently recruiting for a purchasing clerk / administrator for our client who is the leading supplier of industrial and commercial storage systems in Ireland. This is a well-established and very successful company and they are looking for a clerk join their team and work alongside their purchasing manager.

Responsibilities of this purchasing clerk job north Dublin

  • Entering orders on computerised system
  • Ordering stock from suppliers
  • Issuing purchase orders
  • Following up on delivery dates from suppliers
  • Liaising with sales team on order delivery to clients
  • Dealing with queries for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Sending order acknowledgements to clients
  • Processing sales invoices on computerised system
  • Providing reception cover if/when required

Requirements of this purchasing clerk job north Dublin

  • Previous experience in purchasing administration / order processing essential
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office, especially excel
  • Experience on Microsoft Great Plains would be desirable
  • You must be extremely focused with great attention to detail
