Excel Recruitment has an excellent opportunity available for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our client’s team based in South Dublin.

Our client a leading Distribution company is looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team in South Dublin. They are looking for someone highly organised with good Customer Service and admin skills that enjoys working in a busy and fast-paced environment.

Duties will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors
  • Managing the switchboard
  • Processing incoming orders
  • Running reports
  • Following up on deliveries and matching POD’s
  • Managing meeting room schedules
  • Managing courier bookings
  • Filing and other general administration duties

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 years experience in an administration role
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team as well as working autonomously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications particularly Microsoft excel
  • Strong attention to detail

In Return

  • Salary of 22-24K DOE
  • Located in Dublin 12
  • Parking
  • Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
