Retail Manager – Luxury home / Interiors

Our client a successful luxury home interiors retail store is looking to recruit a retail sales manager to ensure the delivery of 5* service in terms of customer engagement, store merchandising, product knowledge and relationships. Offering the most sought-after home furniture, interior accessories, and luxurious soft furnishings this is a really great job opportunity for a floor manager, store manager, sales manager or senior sales leader looking to join this exciting and creative business.

If you have experience in working and selling high end luxury fashion or home interiors and are living in South Dublin this may be the exciting role you are looking for. With an overall team of 9, a loyal client base and a beautiful product to sell within a state-of-the-art retail showroom space this is a job opportunity not to be missed.

The store opening hours are 9 – 5 Monday to Saturday with no late nights, Sunday or Bank holiday openings, this role will offer you a great work life balance.

Responsibilities for the job or Retail Manager / Sales

• Leading by example, embracing the entrepreneurial spirit of the business, and inspiring the team through your passion and belief in the products and the business.
• Ensure the retail showroom is merchandised to the highest of standards.
• Deliver 5* customer engagement and service.
• Drive innovation, embrace change and support the team in the delivery of new concepts.
• Ensure retail visual merchandising and displays are in keeping with company brand values.

• Delivery of expert product knowledge ensuring best in class service

Experience required for this job include.

• 2 years + leadership experience within premium luxury fashion or luxury
• Strong Visual merchandising experience
• Excellent communications and selling skills.
• Passion for retail home interiors
