My client, are looking for a Sales Administrator to join a very successful business in North Dublin.
This person will work in supporting the sales team with all areas of administration such as keying in orders, updating stock lists and onboarding new customers as well as dealing with some client queries over the phone.
I am looking for someone with excellent oral and written English who is proficient in using excel.
You will be highly efficient with the ability to work at a fast pace to business timelines.
Responsibilities for the role of Sales Administrator
- Supporting the sale team with all administration duties
- Processing orders
- Responding to customer queries via phone and email
- Updating stock lists
- Compiling and analysing excel reports
- Onboarding new customers
- Setting updating new products and pricing
- Sending out mailshots
- Process weekly and monthly reports
Skills & Experience for the role of Sales Administrator
- Experience with Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Fluent English and excellent phone manner
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
Salary & Package
- €25K-€30K but negotiable depending on experience
