Settlements Administrator- Full Time
Excel Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Settlements Administrator to join the team in a well-established and progressive company. This is a full-time permanent role based in South Dublin.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
A minimum of 1-year experience in a financial administrative role
Strong numerical and analytic capabilities
Good knowledge of MS office and file management systems.
Ability to organise workload to meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Flexible in your approach, meeting deadlines set out on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Duties and responsibilities:
Liaising with service providers to verify the results from various wholesale markets.
Monitoring and analysis of market data
Executing energy and capacity auction procedures
Troubleshooting failed or unexpected outcomes and following to resolution
Escalation of any unresolved issues to the relevant team
Provide a high standard of support to internal and external customers
Actively build knowledge of the business and its processes to enable the support of ongoing changes and improvements
Supporting user testing of new system releases
Full-Time permanent role
Option of hybrid working once full training is complete
€35,000 per annum
