Excel Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef for our clients, an established , highly reputable property based in Tipperary. You must have experience as a Sous Chef in a busy kitchen and have a genuine passion for food.
This is an excellent time to join the property which is undergoing extensive refurbishment to a high level.
Responsibilities of this Sous Chef Job Tipperary
- Creating, designing and costing menus with the Head chef
- Ensure excellent and consistent quality in the kitchen
- Coordinate food preparation and presentation throughout service
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health and safety regulations
Requirements of this Sous Chef Job Tipperary
- Must have 2-3 years similar experience
- Must be up to date with both classical and modern cooking
- Experience in a busy banqueting or production kitchen would be preferable
- Must have great eye for detail and be able to contribute to menu items.
