Store Manager – Dublin

Excel Recruitment is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Store Manager for their client’s team in north Dublin.

This is a wonderful opportunity to join a community-based, high-volume store where excellent customer service and standards are at the forefront of the business.

If you are a dynamic Senior Manager with experience dealing with teams of 20+, sales and margins, then this is a not to be missed opportunity!

Salary: €40k+ DOE plus excellent benefits

Responsibilities of this job opportunity are:

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a busy retail store
• Effectively manage staff and motivate them to meet and exceed KPIs
• Analyse and understand daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding sales, waste, and margins to ensure the growth and profitability of each store
• Ensuring that all regulations and standards are met regarding HACCP, food safety, stock control and waste management
• Reviewing staff performance regularly, creating staff rosters, and ensuring overall high standards of the store
• Continuously thinking about creative ways to increase store turnover and grow store margins

Who you are:

• 2+ years’ experience in a senior management position within a grocery retail store
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent team leadership skills
• Previous experience managing a team of 20+
• An ambitious individual with the capacity to drive sales and standards in store
