Store Manager – Waterford

Are you an experienced Store Manager?

Excel Recruitment is seeking a Store Manager for our retail client based in Waterford.

Our client is progressive grocery retailer and has a high standard of food service excellence. They love a good attitude towards work and team players. Our client is KPI, and sales focused as well as being extremely passionate about the grocery industry in Ireland.

The ideal candidate is an individual with store management experience, set high standards and can lead by example. They must also communicate and delegate in a clear precise manner to their team to ensure quality of work.

Our client is offering a competitive salary of €45k-€50k DOE

Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage a large team of staff
• Monitor store standards and ensure quality of service
• Training and development of team members
• Achieve KPIs and sales targets on a regular basis
• Ensure compliance with HACCP & Food safety
• Stock management and control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Prior store management experience is essential
• Knowledge of the food retail market
• Ability to lead & support team
• Enthusiastic mentality towards work
