Store Manager – Fashion

Are you an energetic and performance-driven Store Manager? Our client, a leading fashion sports brand with a firm grip on the Irish market, is seeking a Store Manager with a genuine interest in sports fashion for their North Dublin store.

With stores across Ireland, our client seeks a Store Manager matching their energy and ambition. The ideal candidate must understand the true value of going ‘above and beyond’ for customers, and driving sales through innovation, communication, and knowledge.

As Store Manager, you will use your initiative to lead a sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure the brand is represented to its full potential.

Responsibilities of this job:

• Ensuring the delivery of “best in class” in customer service and engagement
• Ensuring team members are fully trained and developed in their roles
• Controlling and analysing sales performance for each department against budget to ensure that store targets and KPI’s are met
• Delivering excellent visual, commercial, and operational standards
• Training, developing and mentoring a strong, passionate, and knowledgeable sales team
• Tracking competitor’s operations via visits to stores
• Conducting regular team meetings, and keeping your team up to date with any developments they may need

Skills and experience required for this job:

• 3+ years of retail fashion management experience
• Strong commercial and operational management experience
• A proven track record in delivering KPIs
• Service driven
• Keen interest in fashion and fitness trends
• Passionate in team development
