Telesales/Customer Service Executive
My client, based in Swords are looking for an experienced Telesales/Customer Service Executive to look after sales and queries for healthcare and food-service customers.
I am looking for a bubbly customer focused person who will maintain positive relationships with their customers.
You will process orders, sell new products and promotions and rectify any queries or problems in an efficient and timely manner
Responsibilities for the role of Telesales/Customer Service Executive
- Capture customer orders accurately
- Rectify any queries or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate to customers any promotional offers or new lines
- Focus on up-selling and cross-selling
- Achieve your sales and distribution targets
- Work in conjunction with your nominated field sales rep
- Liaise with other departments
- Update the customer records
Skills & Experience for the role of Telesales/Customer Service Executive
- Minimum one year in a Telesales/Customer Service/Call Centre environment
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Email
- Fluent English and excellent phone manner
- Confident in rectifying customer issues
