Trainee Manager

The responsibilities of a Trainee Manager include:

• Developing members of staff using appraisals and training
• Implementing employment Legislation and Health and Safety regulations in-store
• Managing and co-ordinating in-store and national promotions
• Using reports and information to improve operations and efficiency in-store

Requirements:

• A charismatic person with excellent communication and team working skills
• A strong track record in improving in-store sales and standards
• Grocery retail or deli experience is an advantage
• Previous experience in a supervisory capacity
• You will be a self-motivated person with the drive to succeed
