Trainee Manager – North Dublin

We here at Excel Recruitment are recruiting for a superb opportunity to join our client in Malahide. They are a highly successful grocery retail group who are seeking a Trainee Manager to help run their Malahide store.

Salary package: €28,000 – €30,000

Our client is known for their high-quality retail offerings and their cutting-edge facilities. The ideal candidate is an experienced Supervisor or Senior Sales Assistant who is committed to driving sales and profits and growing this reputable grocery brand. You will assist the Manager in running the store, from managing budgets to training staff and negotiating with suppliers.

Responsibilities of a Trainee Manager:

• Assisting with the daily running of a fast-paced grocery store
• Organising and delegating duties to staff and managers
• Ensuring the store is fully compliant with hygiene procedures and the standard of merchandise is kept to the highest level
• Engaging with the local communities to build brand awareness

Requirements for this job:

• Previous experience in grocery retail
• Can commute to Malahide
• A motivated individual who is ready to take the next step in your career
