  • Ensure shop standards and customer service are still to a high standard regardless of the status of store re-fit
  • Motivate your teams to perform – share action plan

Requirements of this Revamp Manager :

  • Previous experience with store revamps and refits
  • Track record of project achievements – time scales and successfulness of a previous project
  • Large understanding and knowledge of risk assessment and health and safety to protect colleagues and customers
  • Full understanding and experience of the grocery retail industry from wholesale to store
