Excel Recruitment are seeking a Night Supervisor for a residential building in South County Dublin. This person will be responsible for supervising the complex on a nightly basis and providing concierge services for the residential clients. This position would suit a hospitality professional from a 4 or 5 star background that would like to move away from hotels to managed residential property.
Main Responsibilities
- Concierge services for residential throughout the night if required
- Assisting with any queries or issues that residents may have
- Ensure all security, health and safety regulations are adhered to
- General administration and reception duties
- Ensure reception and communal areas are kept clean and presentable
- Update management on any building repairs or maintenance needed
Main Requirements
- Previous experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel is preferable
- Fluent English with strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Customer service focused with a can do attitude
