In confirmation to Shelflife magazine, Tesco Ireland has revealed that chairman Tony Keohane has retired from his post. Keohane who has been with Tesco 37 years started out in Quinnsworth as a management trainee in 1978. He joined the Quinnsworth board in 1995 and Tesco in 1997.
He became Tesco CEO in 2007 and held this position till 2013. In a major shake up to the Tesco Ireland, commercial director John O’Reilly has left the business, as will Finance Director Adrian Lewis.
